ALMOND
They are rich in polyunsaturated fats, vitamin E, fiber and phytosterols. They are very good source of calcium: A cup of almonds provides our body with quantity of calcium equal to a small piece of cheese.
WALNUT
It is rich in sterols, have a large amount of antioxidants (such as selenium and zinc), give much magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, little iron and vitamin E. Indeed, a handful of nuts give us much Vitamin E as much as half a cup of olive oil.
