Walnut


It is rich in sterols, have a large amount of antioxidants (such as selenium and zinc), give much magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, little iron and vitamin E. Indeed, a handful of nuts give us much Vitamin E as much as half a cup of olive oil. The most important may be the level of vitamin K, a vitamin that is synthesized primarily in the bowel, but the nuts to provide a greater amount.
